A problem In Game - Lâm Xì Ke - 17/07/2016

My character's name: [M]arlboro
Reason: I have a problem when I login sever. when I login I can't see any menu to login in. And after 4-5 minutes it appeared. I don't know. I think the game have problem or lag but my ping just 200-250. Please help me, thank you!
