in the banlist none appear with the name you say, at least not see it, just as the request format is wrong and if you do not properly nobody took into account, repeat your message but this time use and format above will let the link.

The servers have a security that is anti fake players can sometimes be banned for 120 minutes , this can touch you when you leave and come back often to server or when the map is changed.
